4G services is the fourth generation mobile broadband which provides quick data transfer speed . This services aims to provide speed of 100 Mbps for mobile users and 1 Gbps for other devices.

Sprint Nextel
Sprint 4G network is operable only in few cities in States and is also accessible through few mobile phones of Samsung and HTC. This 4G network has an average download speed of 3 to 6 Mbps with peak speed of 10 Mbps. Sprint 4G network has many good features like unlimited downloads and browsing along with a Sprint USB broadband receiver for Laptops. Sprint Nextel currently holds 40 million people in their network and are expanding rapidly.
AT&T
On 6th of October AT&T announced its new device USB Connect Adrenaline, its company's first device which supports 4G services. It is a broadband modem and connects to your personal system through USB port and also provides Internet services for 3G and 4G signals. Roaming Internet is also available only for AT&T signals with 3G or 4G services. The wireless network is yet to be released by AT&T and will be available in the mid 2011. The data plans for 4G network are not available yet due to its postponed launch.
Verizon Wireless
Verizon Wireless launched its 4G services on 5th December of 2010 and has a network spanning 37 cities. Verizon's 4G network is build using the LTE with the help of Ericsson and Alcatel. Verizon will be capable of working with a data speed of 5 to 12 Mbps.
